How does it work? A quick overview of the process.
You select the phone of your choice along with any optional extras eg, contract or payg sim, insurance etc plus the payment plan that best suits your circumstances. At check out and on verification of your payment and address details you will be charged a deposit (typically around 16% of the total cost). This will be your first instalment. You will then be billed for your future payments according to the instalment plan you chose. Example payment plans:

SimPLAN
SIM only - Pay Monthly Contract
Just £7.50 per month inc. 50min call allowance
Use with any sim/free/unlocked/payg or Tmobile phone
Month by month contract - no lengthy tie-in!

EasyPLAN
Pay a deposit of £30
Nothing more to pay for 2 months!
Then 3 x payments
Spread over a further 6 months (£26pm)
Payment collected bi-monthly
Total Payment £186 over 8 months.

FlexiPLAN
Pay a deposit of £45
Then pay what you like when you like
in 3 more instalments as long as balance
of £129 is paid within 6 months of order.
Total Payment £174 over 6 months.

How long does it take to get my phone?
As long as you complete all the details required in the order/registration form and we are able to confirm your address and identity – this is usually done automatically but sometimes we will need you to fax or email documentary evidence to us – then we can process your order. Once your order is authorised your phone will be despatched free of charge within 3 days. Because we offer our products with no credit checks we have to carry out certain ID and security procedures therefore we cannot at present guarantee a super-fast service.

What if I have a bad, or no, credit history?
The phones and our pay monthly contract sims are provided with NO CREDIT CHECK! so a bad credit history won’t stop you buying your phone even with the contract option! In fact, making your payments on time is a good way of rebuilding your payment history. If you find you can’t keep up your payments, then call us and we will see what we can do to help.

I Don't have a credit card can I still buy a phone from you?
Yes, We do have a "Pay Offline" option where payment can be made at any PayZone Outlet - however, this method of payment requires further ID and address checks which can delay the order process. Future instalment payments can be made by card, standing order, direct debit, telephone/internet banking or at any PayZone Outlet.

What if I change my mind?
Our 14 day money back guarantee means that if you are not entirely satisfied with your phone, then we will refund your deposit in full, as long as the phone is returned in the same condition it was sent out to you, with all the extras complete in the box. If you do change your mind or are having problems with the phone, please let us know within 14 days of delivery.

Are there any hidden extras?
No – the price we quote on the product page, at checkout and set out in your sale agreement is the price you pay. 48 hour delivery of the phone is free. There are only additional costs if you stop making payments and we have to bar and retrieve the phone before your pay period is up.

Can I get a new phone at the end of my payments?
As long as you have made all your payments on time, we will happily upgrade your phone.

Can I use my existing SIM card?
YES! The majority of our mobile phones are usable on any network on either pay as you go or contract tariffs. You are not tied to any network so you have complete freedom to choose your tariff. ‘3’ SIM cards are not compatible with all handsets. Please check with your network provider for further details.

How can I be sure my payment is secure?
The latest SSL security is used for all payments of our phones. This gives you peace of mind when making your deposit.

What happens if I lose my phone or break it?
We strongly recommend that you insure your phone – we have various insurance options available that you can select at checkout. Although insurance purchase is not compulsory we are not liable for any damage or loss of the phone after delivery and in the event of loss or damage you would remain liable for the phone loan and must keep up the repayments.
